This Delivery Policy sets out our rules and policies relating to the delivery of products purchased on our website. It should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Sale and our Returns Policy.
(2) Delivery locations
We deliver to the following locations:

Delivery to other destinations are available. To find out whether we may be able to deliver to your destination, please email sales@hunters-wholesalers.co.uk with the destination city and country, and details of the item or items you are interested in purchasing.
(3) Delivery charges
Our standard delivery charge is £3.99 plus VAT (£4.78).
This applies to all deliveries of products to mainland GB destinations excluding: (i) deliveries to the Scottish Highlands; (ii) timed deliveries; and (iii) deliveries of heavy goods and large orders.
Our charges for deliveries falling outside the standard delivery charge are as follows:
* Next day before 12 noon GB mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) £14.50 plus VAT (£16.67) * Next day before 10am GB mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) £18.50 plus VAT (£21.27) * Saturday AM GB mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) £23.95 plus VAT (£27.54) * UK offshore islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland £13.95 plus VAT (£16.04) * Republic of Ireland £15.00 plus VAT (£17.25) * Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Denmark, Corsica, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland £15.00 plus VAT (£17.25)
We are not able to indicate here the delivery charges for Austria, Cyprus, Finland and Greece & Malta as these will depend on the appointed delivery company.
Please note that non-standard delivery charges may vary in accordance with price fluctuations imposed by courier companies.
Further, please note that “next day” delivery is next business day, and will be subject to stock availability and credit control.
Delivery charges will vary from time to time; we will inform you of any variation of delivery charges before the contract between us for the supply of products comes into force.
In some circumstances delivery may be free-of-charge. Again, we will notify you of this before the contract between us for the supply of products comes into force.
(4) Order dispatch
Subject to stock availability, orders received by 3:00pm on a business day will usually be dispatched on the same day.
Orders received after this time, or not on a business day, will usually be dispatched on the next business day.
In the case or orders to UK offshore islands, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
In the case of orders to the other EU countries & the other destinations listed in the “delivery charges” section above, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days.
We have no control over delays that may affect a delivery company, and accordingly we do not guarantee “next day” order delivery.
(5) Your obligations
All deliveries will require a signature, and you must ensure there is someone available to receive and sign for your order at the delivery address.
Where an order is incomplete in any way, you must notify us of this (providing full details) in writing within 2 business days of delivery of the order.
(6) Failure to deliver
If you are not available to receive products, a calling card will be left by the delivery company with a telephone number for you to phone to re-arrange delivery.
Alternatively, you may be given the option to collect your parcel from the delivery company's local depot (please confirm with the carrier what identification will be required before collecting).
If within 7 days of the original delivery you do not re-arrange delivery or collect your parcel it will be returned to us. Some (but not all) delivery companies have a policy of attempting to deliver the parcel a second time.
If a product is returned to us, you will only be credited the purchase value of the product (not the delivery charge). You may contact us to organise re-delivery, subject to payment of an additional delivery charge. You will have to pay any previously refunded product price again as well.
(7) Heavy goods and large orders
Where products ordered are over the maximum weight or volume for standard carriage charges, an additional delivery charge may apply. The maximum weight and volume per delivery for standard charges varies with different courier companies. After we receive your order, we will provide you with a quote for any such additional delivery charges. We will inform you via phone or email, and you will have the option of continuing with the order, or cancelling it.
(8) Collections
We offer a call and collect service.
If you request to use our call and collect service, we will contact you once we have confirmed that the products you wish to purchase are available, to advise you of the time when the products will be available for collection.
