Local Branch Collections

We offer a call and collect service for orders placed in advance. If you place your order on line or by telephone or fax we will contact you by return to confirm that your goods are ready and waiting.

Courier service

We offer a flat rate Delivery service for all orders to all Mainland UK destinations (Excluding Scottish Highlands), a small delivery charge of £3.99+vat shall be added to the order which is our standard carriage charge.

95% successful delivery rates are achieved subject to the carrier’s terms & conditions. All deliveries will require a signature so please ensure there is someone available to sign for your order.

If you are not available a calling card will be left by Our Delivery Service with a telephone number for you to phone so you can re-arrange delivery at a convenient time or you can arrange to collect your parcel from the Delivery Company local Depot (ID Will be required, please confirm with the carrier what ID will be required before collecting).If after 7 days you do not re-arrange delivery or collect your parcel it will be returned to us.

If This Happens then you will only be credited the purchase value and not the delivery charge, re-delivery will be charged at the same price that was charged on the original order.

Orders received by 3:30 pm for in-stock items will be dispatched on the same business working day (subject to stock availability)

Next day before 10am UK Mainland Only £18.50+VAT

Saturday AM UK Mainland Only £23.95+VAT

Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland** £13.95+VAT

Republic of Ireland** £15.00+VAT

EU Countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Denmark, Cosica, Monaco, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland) *** £15.00+VAT

Heavy Goods

These products are over the maximum weight for standard carriage charges and will be quoted for once the order has been received by us. We shall contact you by Email & telephone to inform you of any extra charges that may apply to your order and you will have the option of continue with the order or to cancel it.
