The VESDA Power Supply is capable of providing operating power, including battery backup, for the entire line of VESDA by Xtralis Aspirating Smoke Detectors. The VESDA Power Supply has been designed to power a single unit to multiple units depending on application needs. It provides 24 volt operating power to the VESDA system as well as a battery charger function that supervises and maintains the standby batteries.
1 Amp This is the budget unit within the range. It is intended as a low cost unit to supply one LaserCOMPACT detector. A simple but elegant construction and no LED's on the lid keep the cost of the unit to a minimum. This unit is still engineered to compliment the product with cable entry knockouts lining up with the knockouts in the LaserCOMPACT. The internal charger is EN54-4 compatible and incorporates board mounted OK and Fault LED's. Space is available for 7 amp/hr battery back up.
