The Relay AC-W is a secure wireless switch designed for controlling mains-powered devices. Using Ricochet® wireless technology, it simplifies installations, providing a reliable and robust solution for security and automation systems.

How the Relay-W Works

The Relay AC-W operates as a wireless switch for 240V AC circuits.

Wireless Communication: The unit receives secure commands from the alarm panel via Ricochet technology.
Switching Action: The relay’s switching mechanism either connects or disconnects the mains circuit based on the command.
Device Control: Compatible with Texecom Connect app.

Ricochet Wireless Technology

Ricochet enabled wireless devices receive and repeat wireless transmissions from other devices. The size, scalability and range of the entire system are extended as wireless signalling is no longer limited by point-to-point communications.

The range of a Ricochet enabled wireless system is greater than conventional point-to-point systems, with multiple devices capable of relaying messages to and from even the most remote locations in a building.
