DAV1U12D0802, 19" 1U rack-mount power supply with 2x 12V 4A DC individual manually switched-outputs

The DAV1U is part of our range of slim, high efficiency rack-mount power supplies. Available with DC outputs, this range of rack-mount power supplies has front-mounted switches to manually control each output. Each switch has an integrated LED to show the corresponding output's status. No more engineer call-outs just for blown fuses. With automatically self-resetting fuses, maintenance is now even easier.

Tidy, quick and simple installations can be achieved with the pluggable fast-fit rear connections. Rear terminations detach from the unit allowing easy connection of the outputs. This output PCB is located on the rear of the enclosure, next to the IEC C13/C14 mains connector.

Automatic, self-resetting output fuses

Each individual-output is fitted with an automatic self resetting fuse. These resettable fuses are a polymeric positive temperature coefficient (PPTC) devices that are a passive electronic component used to protect against overcurrent faults in electronic circuits. These are also known as a polyfuses or polyswitches. When overcurrent conditions occur, the Polymeric PTC material heats up and its resistance increase sharply. Such a sharp resistance increase cuts off the current in the circuit. Upon fault current being removed, the resettable fuse cools and its resistance drops to the original extremely low value, re-enabling the output.

Precision-made from mild steel and powder-coated with tough textured black for an durable finish, designed for installation within standard sizes 19" rack cabinets.

Easy to fit plug and play connectors

These power supplies have removable output terminal blocks at the rear of the unit. Simply wire into the terminal blocks as required, should you need to remove the unit, simply unplug the terminal blocks from the rear of the unit.

IEC lead with UK mains plug included

This unit is fitted with an IEC C14 socket to accept IEC C13 connectors. Each product includes an IEC lead with a UK Mains plug. Designed to operate on UK standard mains power, this unit will accept a mains-powered input of 230V AC @ 50Hz (+/- 10%)

Front-mounted output switches with integrated LEDs

These power supplies allow manual control of the outputs by means of front-mounted switches. Each switch has an integrated LED to show the corresponding output's status.

Input voltage range of 96V - 265V AC, with frequencies of 47Hz to 63Hz

Designed to operate on standard mains power voltages world-wide this unit can accept a wide range mains-input of between 90V to 270V AC @ 47Hz to 63Hz.
