Surface mounting contacts can easily be added to an existing mains wired Alarm System. Contacts are screwed to the door and frame, ensure that the gap between is no greater than 10mm.
They are ideal for protecting: doors, windows and patio doors and any opening device such as a drawer or cupboard for example. In the event of contact being broken (a break-in) then your Alarm will be activated immediately.
Door/Window Contacts are perfect for use in situations where it is not suitable to fit PIR Detectors, for example where there are pets or animals.
