The ACI406/407 Mifare readers connect directly on any Wiegand interface of control panels or door controllers. The readers are designed for reliable and secure access control, data collection and people identification in various environments. The MIFARE proprietary technology is based upon the ISO 14443 (RFID) Type A 13.56 MHz contact less smart card standard. The technology is embedded in both cards and readers (also referred to as a Proximity Coupling Device).
These innovative products read the unique MIFARE CSN (Card Serial Number) of Philips Mifare®, I-Code®, Inside PicoTag® and most of the existing and forthcoming ISO15693 tags like Tag-it®, ST, Infineon etc. compatible with MIFARE Standard 1k or 4k.
