The new X-Crypt 5.8 is a completely self contained secure analogue mono audio & video wireless transmission system capable of transmitting up to a range of 1 Km. Operating in the 5GHz frequency band this system is supplied in an 1P65 sealed enclosure with integral high gain directional antennas. 8 User selectable RF channels are available in this licence exempt band. The system also has an in-built alarm trigger taking the alarm output from. e.g. a PIR sensor, and transmitting this alarm event to receiver sounding an internal buzzer (Tx and Rx) and providing a set of isolated relay contacts to drive, e.g. siren, security lights or CCTV recorder. Security against evesdropping is provided via a 3-bit encryption system.
